Who do I call if I need to notify Valence of a change of address?

For reasons of security, we are unable to make an address change based upon a telephone call. In order to notify us of a change of address, we ask that you provide us with the new address information by one of the following:

(1) Submit the new address information, in writing, to our Owner Relations Department, along with your name, old address, new address and signature. Please include your Owner Number and Social Security number for verification.

(2) Complete our Change of Address form, provide the requested information and return it to the Division Order Department.

Please provide the Division Order Department with a copy of your Marriage Certificate or Driver’s License, along with your Social Security Number to substantiate your change of name as a result of the marriage.
